Yikes, Immortalised in Podcast Form!

I actually begin to worry when an outfit I wear bears mention in podcast form.

I'm pretty ecstatic too now though, as Stephen Euin 'Boc Cryotank' Cobb has given me the mother of all shout-outs in his podcast, The Future And You. In his latest episode, Boc (as I suppose I know him) gives mention to Extropia's Yuri's Night celebrations, which I just could not bring myself to blog about. It was a mind-blowing success; quite unexpected for us, and really embewed a space-faring enthusiasm in its attendees, myself included.

In Boc's own words:

During the all-day festivities in Extropia your host: met two NASA representatives as well as some Russians, drove a moon buggy; sat inside a life-sized model of Yuri Gagarin's space capsule, danced with a wide variety of beautiful women, admired Vidal Tripsa's space suit (possibly the sexiest space suit ever), watched David Brin pack the house for his open forum discussion about the strengths and weaknesses of virtual worlds such as Second Life, and took over 300 photos of the day's events. Nothing could make a doll feel happier than that!
